В§ 416.520. Crisis advance payments.

(a) General. We might spend a one-time crisis advance re re payment to a person initially trying to get advantages that is presumptively qualified to receive SSI advantages and who has got an emergency that is financial. The quantity of this re payment cannot go beyond the Federal benefit price (see §§ 416.410 through 416.414) as well as the federally administered State supplementary payment, if any (see § 416.2020), which make an application for the thirty days which is why the repayment is manufactured. (b) concept of terms. For purposes with this subpart —
